Who We Are
The Saving Huey Foundation is dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating animals in need. Founded in honor of Huey, a survivor of abuse, our organization aims to raise awareness about animal cruelty.
Our Services
RESCUING PETS
- We take on severely abused/disabled animals and offer them excellent medical care. Once healthy, our cases are then rehabilitated according to each animals needs in an effort to find them the perfect home.
FINDING PETS A HOME
- Most of our dogs have special needs, so we work extra hard to find them exceptional homes that are suitable for their needs.
BRINGING AWARENESS & EDUCATION
- Saving Huey Foundation is committed to bringing awareness to and exposing the brutality of dog fighting and other types of animal extortion.
HUEY'S HEROES READING PROGRAM
- Huey’s Heroes Reading Program was designed to help readers of all ages improve their reading skills, while sharing those skills with shelter animals.
What we do
Reading Program
Huey’s Heroes Reading Program currently runs Tuesday’s from 3:30-4:30 pm at the Corona Animal Shelter, in Corona CA. Please email hueysheroescorona@gmail.com to register or ask questions.
